We will learn about the main operations (Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Servuction, Yield Management…) and how to improve their processes with the aim of achieving the companies’ objectives.
We will learn how to provide services before, during and after a trip, making all departments and members of the chain of value work as a single organization.
